FERRIES + BUSES 

Book your Fullers360 ferries + buses to Highlife NYE at Wild Estate Vineyard

Fullers360 is offering transport packages for Highlife NYE at Wild Estate Vineyard! These packages, available for purchase directly from fullers.co.nz, include return ferry and bus transfers to the event.

Package details: 

  • Ferry: Guests can catch any Fullers360 walk-up ferry from the Downtown Ferry Terminal to Waiheke Island.
  • Ferry Bus transfers: Event buses will operate transfers from Matiatia Ferry Terminal to Wild Estate between 2.00 pm and 7:00 pm. The first bus will depart Wild Estate at 10.30 pm to the Matiatia Ferry Terminal for the 11:00 pm off-island sailing. Additional buses will depart from 12:15 am onwards for the delayed 1:00 am sailing and a special 1:30 am departure.

Ferry + Bus Combo Ticket Information

  • All Highlife New Year’s Eve Fullers ferry+ bus combo tickets are return tickets.
  • Ferry + Bus Tickets are available on a first in first served basis so get yours quick!
  • Please visit the Fullers Ferry website to see departure times to and from Waiheke Island on New Years Eve.
  • Please present your ticket on arrival to Fullers and Highlife staff at the Auckland city ferry terminal in order to get your special Highlife NYE Fullers wrist band. This can either be via your electronic device or printed. This wrist band must be worn at all times to get on the Ferries and Buses.
  • There will be Highlife staff at the boarding location so please look out for the Highlife t-shirt.
  • At the end of the night, all buses will be departing from the main gate from 12;15am onwards back to the Ferry building.

Oneroa and Onetangi Buses by Fullers

  • Buses will run from both Oneroa and Onetangi between 2:00pm and 6:00pm on a loop picking people up regularly to take them to Wild Estate. After these times, direct bus transfers won’t be available.
  • For your return to Oneroa or Onetangi, buses will depart from 12:00am through to 1:30am at a 30-minute frequency from the grass area at the front of the carpark at Wild Estate.
  • The Highlife NYE Fullers bus will pick you up and drop you off at the bus stop outside Waiheke Real Estate for Oneroa (33 Waikare Road Oneroa) and Four Square Onetangi (2 Eden Terrace, Onetangi).

Surfdale, Palm Beach and Ostend Buses by Waiheke Executive Transport

Buses will depart from Surfdale, Palm Beach and Ostend at the times and destinations listed below:

– 3pm, 4pm, 5pm Surfdale Food Market (2 Miami avenue, Surfdale)
– 3.15pm, 4.15pm, 5.15pm Palm Beach Dairy (39 Palm Road, Palm Beach)
– 3.30pm, 4.30pm, 5.30pm Ostend Shops (Bus stop opposite 18 Belgium Street, Ostend)

Return Service:
Return buses from Wild Estate will depart once full, between 12:30 AM and 1:30 AM, dropping passengers back at the same locations.

Important:
Please arrive well in advance of your chosen departure time and present this ticket to the driver upon boarding. You will be issued a wristband, which is required for your return trip later in the night.

The following Taxi companies will be operating this New Years Eve on Waiheke Island. Pre booking well in advance is essential for departures and returns to and from the event for those people wanting to travel by way of Taxi.

Parking

Parking is available for all Highlife New Years Eve event guests to the left of the main entry on the field.

  • No loitering is permitted in the carpark.
  • Vehicles should be removed from the Car park no later than 5pm, January 1st. Vehicles left on site will be towed at owner’s expense.
  • Highlife Entertainment takes no responsibility for vehicles parked at the event.
  • A $20 cash only charge applies for car parking upon arrival.
